Conversation Collage
Students assembled a collage that conveys an intentional conversation. Topics of conversation included: expressing emotion, societal values & norms, material culture, feminism, reflecting on history, etc.
Cover Art
Students designed and created intentional cover art for their favorite music artist’s future new album. Students incorporated a variety of album cover design elements and the message/story behind their music artist’s work to create a successful design.
Important Places
Students explored the work of artists who create landscapes, cityscapes, and townscapes. Then, the students created an artwork of their choice using pastels or watercolors to depict a place that is important to them.
